Terms of service

We set up and manage online stores on marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Facebook Shops. The scope, price and timeline for each client are written into their service agreement.

Every store performs differently. Online selling carries real risk, and we never guarantee income or profit. How any store has done in the past says nothing about how it will do in the future. Your business decisions are your own responsibility.

• Setup fees are listed on this website and confirmed in writing before you pay.
• You pay marketplace fees, inventory, advertising spend and third-party tools directly. These are not part of our fees.
• Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

• Your store and seller accounts are registered to you and belong to you.
• You provide accurate information and the account access the work requires.
• You follow each marketplace's rules, and we do the same whenever we act for you.

A marketplace may change its rules, fees or policies, or restrict or suspend a seller account at any time. We don't control those decisions and aren't responsible for them, but we will help you respond.

As far as the law permits, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Either of us can end the service as set out in the service agreement. When it ends, we return full control of your accounts and hand over your records.

The laws of the State of Missouri govern these terms. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Cass County, Missouri.
