Refund policy

The application and consultation are free. Payment only happens after you agree to a plan in writing.

Cancel before we begin building your store and you get the whole setup fee back.

After work starts, we refund the share of the setup fee covering work we haven't done yet, less any third-party costs already paid on your behalf. We set out the amount in writing.

• Marketplace fees, advertising spend and inventory, since those go to third parties.
• Work that has already been finished and delivered.
• Store performance: we don't guarantee sales or profit, so results alone don't qualify for a refund.

Email hello@digiden.online with your name and plan. We reply within five business days, and approved refunds go back to the payment method you used.
